The production process of cement

We could summarize the productive process of cement: calcium carbonate, argillaceous material and a few of iron material, upon certain proportion (about 75:20:5), matched up, by homogenization, grinding, blending to be raw meal, which feed to cement rotary kiln system, relevantly be drying, preheating, precalcination (including predissociation), finally fired to be clinker. The cement clinker is cooling by the cooler, enter into the cement clinker silo, adding some proportion of additive material such as gypsum, slag etc, after grinding tobe powder in proper superficial area, which is the normal building material, called cement.

Cement Clinker

The calcination of cement clinker is a complicated high-temperature reaction process of gas-solid, liquid-solid and solid-solid. Not only have some natural mineral decomposed, also have numerous oxide synthetic. Finally forming the mineral,
 that is clinker, its variety, quantity, and feature, all of which accord with regulations, by this the clinker could be up to the
 expected performance index. The key reaction of the formation of cement clinker is carbonate decomposition reaction 
(because it consumes maximum thermal energy) and mineral clinkering reaction(because it depends on the quality 
of clinker). For decomposition reaction, it must supply enough thermal energy and as far as possible to reinforce heat 
transfer process of gas and solid, for mineral formation reaction, it requires the certain temperature and keeps the certain
 high temperature retention time
