How to choose proper rotary kiln according to customers´requirement?
Before getting the specifications of rotary kiln, we must master the following technical data and material character : type of materials, status of materials (especially moisture content), feeding method, demand for processing materials（temperature, physical and chemical changes）, the rotary kiln capacity and capacity variation range of requirement, the location of feeding (tail or central), type of fuel and energy consumption. We need to consider the following rotary kiln parameters: diameter (inner diameter), length, inclination，rotate speed，capacity，heat consumption and required transmission power.
